You just need a few simple ingredients!

First, sautee the onions, carrots, and celery, and garlic.

Then add the mushrooms and seasonings.

Next, add the tomatoes, lentils, red wine (optional), and balsamic glaze.

Use a stick blender to partially blend the sauce. Taste to adjust seasonings.

All done! Serve with pasta or however you like it!
