Best Vegan Cannelloni!

You just need a few simple ingredients!

First, sautee the onions, garlic, seasonings, and spinach.

Then add to a blender with vegan ricotta and fresh basil.

Blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs.

Pour marinara sauce into a large baking dish. Stuff the tubes and line them up in the dish.

Cover with the rest of the sauce. Bake at 350F or 175C for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
