Easy Vegan Chocolate Tart! 

You just need a few simple ingredients!

Blend the walnuts, pecans, and dates in a food processor.

Add maple syrup and salt. Blend again until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough into a tart pan and press it into the bottom and sides.

Bake for 10 minutes at 375F or 190C.

Remove from the oven and let cool while you make the chocolate ganache.

Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

Add oat milk and cornstarch.

Whisk until smooth.

Transfer the chocolate to the crust and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Before serving, decorate with berries, nuts, or whatever you like!
