Toast the bread.
After the bread is toasted, spread each slice with 1 tablespoon of vegan mayo or oil-free aioli. Then add the sliced avocado, tempeh bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes to one piece of toast. Turn the other piece of toast, aioli-side down, on top.
Serve and enjoy right away or wrap in foil and add to a packed lunch.
