strawberries, hulled and sliced

mandarin orange, peeled and segmented

yellow bell pepper, trimmed and chopped

avocado, sliced

red onion, peeled and sliced

balsamic dressing
Instructions
Wash and prep the fruit and vegetables.
Add the lettuce to a large salad bowl.
Top with the other fruits and vegetables, arranged in rainbow order.
Sprinkle on the walnuts and drizzle on the dressing. Enjoy!
