You just need a few simple ingredients!

Start by seasoning and roasting the butternut squash.

While the squash is roasting, saute the onions, garlic, and ginger.

Then add curry powder, turmeric, corriander, cumin, & garam masala.

Stir in a drained can of chickpeas.

Then add veggie broth & crushed tomatoes.

Next, stir in reduced-fat coconut milk.

Finally, add the butternut squash & enjoy!
