Spoon the almond ricotta into the center of a large baking dish. Place the tomatoes around the ricotta in the baking dish. Peel and slice the garlic and place it with the tomatoes.
Make the pasta according to the package instructions. Remove the baking dish from the oven and mash the tomatoes with a potato masher or fork. Mix the tomatoes and ricotta to form a creamy sauce.
