Key Ingredients

– Super Firm Tofu – Nutritional Yeast – Soy Sauce

Preheat the oven. Mix the paste ingredients in a bowl. Break and add the tofu chunks to the paste bowl.

Gently fold the tofu into the paste until all of the tofu is evenly coated.

Transfer the tofu to a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes (or until the tofu is crispy).

Add the tofu chunks to the skillet and stir to combine, coating each piece with the sauce.

STEP 6

Cook for another minute or two until all of the tofu chunks are nicely coated.

STEP 7

Garnish with cilantro, spring onions, sesame seeds, orange slices, and Sriracha.
