– Yukon Gold Potatoes – Plant-Based Milk of choice – Nutritional Yeast – Powdered Vegetable Broth

Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes, add to a pot with (salted) cold water, and boil until fork tender.

Once the potatoes are fully cooked, drain, rinse, and return to the pot.
