– Tofu Medium Firm  – Nutritional Yeast – Dried Fenugreek Leaves

Preheat the oven. Add the lemon juice, water, nutritional yeast, and salt to a bowl. Stir to combine.

Place the tofu cubes on a lined baking sheet using a slotted spoon.
