Key Ingredients

– Frozen peaches – Cornstarch or arrowroot powder – Maple syrup – Lemon juice or water – Rolled Oats

Add the frozen peaches, cornstarch, maple syrup, and lemon juice to the baking dish. Mix to combine. Set aside

Add the oat, flour, salt, and cinnamon to a different bowl. Mix to combine. Check out the measurements below!

Add the maple syrup to the oat/flour mixture and stir to combine, making sure to scrape all of the flour from the bottom of the bowl. Use a spoon or your hands to break up the mixture.

Step 4

Pour the oat crumble topping onto the peach mixture and spread it evenly over the peaches.

Step 5

Spread the oat crumble evenly over the top of the peaches.

Step 6

Place the crumble in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes until the topping is crisp and lightly browned.
