– Whole-Wheat Spaghetti – Marinara Sauce – TVP Crumbles (Textured Vegetable Protein) – Water

Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the spaghetti for 7 to 9 minutes (or as directed on the package) until it is al dente.

Step 1

Add your sauce, ¾ cup of water, TVP, and other seasonings to a medium pot. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Turn the heat down to low and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until your pasta is done.

Step 2

Drain the pasta. Combine the pasta and sauce. Or plate the pasta and spoon the sauce over the top. Enjoy! Top with vegan parmesan, fresh basil, and red pepper flakes.
