Key Ingredients

– Super Firm Tofu – Paprika – Maple Syrup – Soy Sauce

Cube the tofu. Mix the other marinade ingredients (except the cornstarch) in a shallow dish. Tap below for the full recipe!

Add the cubed tofu to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Use a slotted spoon to transfer the tofu to a skillet. Set the marinade liquid aside. Over medium heat, cook the tofu until crispy and browned.

Remove the tofu from the skillet. Whisk the cornstarch with the leftover marinade. Cook the marinade until it thickens. Toss the tofu with the sauce in the skillet.
