Preheat the oven. Add the dry ingredients to a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Tap below for the oven temperature!
Add all of the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is fully incorporated.
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter until they are evenly distributed.
Use an ice cream scoop or two spoons to transfer the batter to a lined baking tray or cookie sheet.
Bake for 14 to 17 minutes, or until fully cooked. Transfer the cookies to a drying rack to cool.
