Vegan Indian Recipes

Indian cuisine, with all of its regional variation and breadth of flavor, is one of my all-time favorites. It's also one of the most vegetarian-friendly styles of food. In this category, you'll find a variety of Vegan Indian Recipes, some of which stay close to their roots, while others can be more aptly described as "Inspired by" Indian spices and flavors. I've tried to make these recipes as simple as possible without skimping on taste. Enjoy!
