Vegan Chickpea Recipes
Chickpeas--also called garbanzo beans--are such a healthy and versatile ingredient! I love adding them to soups, curries, salads, and just about anything that needs an extra protein and fiber boost. Chickpeas have a firm texture and neutral flavor, so they hold up in just about any dish!
Not only that, but they're affordable and easy to work with. And the liquid (aka aquafaba) can be used as an egg or oil substitute. Whether you're opening up a can or boiling from scratch, this is one vegan ingredient you'll want to always have on hand!
