There is this idea floating around that comfort food is always high-calorie, greasy, junk food. But I've always thought of comfort food as being nostalgic, warm, and filling. The good news is, you can make delicious food that's also healthy, vegan, and full of delicious seasonal vegetables! This collection of fall recipes is a tribute to that.

What are seasonal fall fruits and vegetables?

Some of my favorite seasonal fall produce includes pumpkin, apples, butternut squash, and brussels sprouts. These days you can buy many of these year round. But for me, they will always feel like fall!
