What is veganuary?
Veganuary is a movement that takes place in the month of January (Vegan + January = Veganuary). It is officially run by a nonprofit group called Veganuary, which encourages people to take a pledge to try going vegan for 1 month. A note about tofu...
I always say that if you think you don't like tofu then you've probably never had it cooked well. Tofu on it's own is pretty bland, but trust me when I say that if you treat it as a blank canvas then it opens you to an entire world of vegan its own

Collections are nice, but it would be really helpful if there was a GF next to the ones that are already gluten free. A lot of vegan recipes are not and when I don't have a ton of time I'd rather skip those and just check out the ones more likely to be edible (for me & mine). 🙂
